- Twenty old year books have been taken by patrons but there are still a lot remaining. Julie will put another article in the paper and on Facebook before Christmas.
- Monday 11/7 there was no heat in the Annex. Unable to contact Clark Plbg. and Htg., Design Heating and Air from Decatur was contacted and came the next day. The pilot was out. He lit the pilot and cleaned the furnace. There had been heavy winds which probably blew it out.

Old Business:
- Bid for electric work in the Annex: Alice Reed discussed the receptacle project with Doug Dean of D & D for clarification concerning the $1316 bid to install a new outlet on a new line. He indicated that he would install two lines directly to the breaker box and each line would hold 20 amps. One crock pot on high uses 12.5 amps which is why plugging two into the same receptacle (needing 25 amps) blows the breaker. Doing this job would give the counter area three receptacles. During the October meeting it was voted to approve the project as long as there would be 2 new dedicated lines installed.
- Trimble Construction was called to complete the ceiling above the refrigerator. They came and painted the ceiling and the entire room.
- Per Capita Grant Review:
- Safety Ch 6 reviewed by Sharon Reynolds found no differences since 2021
- Collection Management Ch 7 reviewed by Sharon Reynolds found no differences since 2021
